The Freedom to Leave Me
Also unlike other agents, if you decide you want out of your listing contract before it expires, all you have to do is tell me why you’re unhappy with my service, and I will cancel your contract. I do need your feedback, though, to help me correct anything that might be wrong that I’m not aware of.
This is also true for buyers who may decide they want out of their buyer’s contract before it expires. Just tell me why, and it’s done.
